My Story
MY WORLD WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN IN 2020 WHEN I GAVE BIRTH TO MY DAUGHTER, LILY
I loved her to pieces, but that girl did not sleep⌠ever. I remember calling my doctorâs office, explaining that she only slept for two hours one night, and that she cried for hours while we held and rocked her. They gave me no adviceâjust told me it would pass with time. I felt lost, hopeless, and completely overwhelmed.
After 8 weeks of exhaustion and no improvement, I realized this couldnât just be a phase. I needed to help my baby get the sleep she deserved. So, I dove into studying baby sleep patterns and techniques. I read every book I could find and even enrolled in several baby sleep classes to understand this new world that had suddenly become so crucial to me.
What I learned changed everythingânot just for my baby, but for me. I got to experience the peace that comes with knowing what to do, and the joy of seeing my baby sleep well and thrive.
